Role DescriptionAs Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steve Womack - State Farm Agent, you build strong customer relationships, identify needs, and offer insurance solutions that drive agency growth and support our community. We’re seeking a friendly, sales-driven professional ready to grow their career while helping others protect what matters most. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Insurance License (Property/Casualty and Life/Health – Or must be able to obtain.)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on listening and relationship building.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commission‑based environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM platforms.
  • A passion for helping clients protect what matters most.

My agency now serves both Tennessee and Mississippi. Beyond insurance, I serve as President of the Cooper-Young Business Association and sit on the Cooper-Young Festival Board. I’m also involved with the Neighborhood Faith Center, University of Memphis YMCA Chairman’s Roundtable, and other local initiatives. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, lake trips, and traveling.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
