ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Financial Services Representative with Steve Womack State Farm, you will help individuals and families make smart, confident financial decisions. You’ll take a consultative approach, guiding clients through financial products that protect their future, build wealth, and manage risk.
This is not a passive service role. This is for someone who knows how to build relationships, uncover needs, and confidently recommend solutions that make a real difference.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and needs-based consultations
  • Educate clients on investment, retirement, and risk management strategies
  • Assist with portfolio management and asset allocation recommendations
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within an existing client base
  • Maintain compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive retention and growth
  • Partner with the agency team to generate new financial services opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or investments
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to translate financial concepts into clear, client-friendly solutions
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and competitive mindset
