Role Overview
As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our agency’s success. You will ensure that our customer service, retention, and growth strategies are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, coordinating reports and goals, and implementing office policies to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision Directly manage customer support teams across our Memphis, TN, Southaven, MS, and El Paso, TX locations. Oversee daily operations and ensure team members achieve their goals.
  • Customer Experience Excellence Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service, resolve complaints, and educate clients on insurance options. Your proactive approach will foster exceptional client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Development Utilize your expertise in marketing and strategic planning to set and achieve marketing goals, drive business development, and create opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
  • Education and Licensing Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience, with Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses already in hand.
  • Experience 1-3 years of experience in State Farm operations, customer service management, and strategic planning.
  • Skills Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with State Farm products and systems is a plus.
  • Marketing Acumen Proven achievements in marketing goals and a background in HR policies as they relate to State Farm.
