What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate new business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct one‑on‑one consultations to assess client needs and recommend property & casualty or life & health insurance products.
- Prepare and present compelling quotes and policy comparisons that highlight value and fit.
- Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system—track leads, follow up on quotes, and close opportunities.
- Partner with our underwriting and service teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and ongoing client support.
- Participate in team meetings and training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Insurance License (P&C, Life, and/or Health – required)
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ sales experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on listening and relationship building.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commission‑based environment.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM platforms.
- A passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
